Good Day Mr. and Mrs. America and all The Ships at Sea:
It has come to my attention as an American that you have caused a problem in the hubristic halls of the U.S. Congress, and I’m writing to lend my unabashed, wholly-American support. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for you and your actions, nor can I begin to compete or add to the list of offenses Congress has against you. Bravely, you have permeated the night, standing against the subtle moves – of late, rather ham-fisted moves – of socialists, anarchists, and dictators. Without you forming the front lines and standing fast against onslaught of personal attacks and threats and sacrificing a better life for the betterment of our children who will follow, there would be nothing left of this country but servants and serfs, performing at the behest for the powerful elite. Indeed, our country would have fallen already were it not for you, few stalwart Americans.
The need to arm ourselves for defense from a tyrannical government has never been clearer than now, and it was you who first warned us it was coming. It is my hope – and I will lend whatever aide I can – that you will continue to stand the watch, to sound the klaxon when the pungent forces of corruption and evil strike at our hearts and our families. Grueling and recalcitrant times are ahead, the likes of which the vast majority of people in this country are not prepared; we have you to thank for the early warning.
As small and insignificant as is my voice amongst the bluster and spittle from the U.S. Congress, please know – know – that I will not waver in my support for you and the things you represent. The Legislative and Judicial branches of our government blatantly ignore the will of “the People” and impose their biddings upon the governed without consent, and punish good and decent people for exercising their God-given rights. Please continue to stand the watch – please know I’m with you, purchasing from your sponsors, spreading the word amongst my microscopic sphere of Americana, and doing whatever else I can to forward dark and dire details of the situation we Americans need to understand.
To show you I recognize what’s at stake, I’m listing the top four issues as I understand them:
- Congress is moving to abolish the right to arm and defend ourselves (a very long list of bills),
- Congress is moving to abolish freedom of religion (H.R. 1592 and S. 1105),
- Congress is moving to abolish freedom of speech (“Fairness” Doctrine),
- Congress is moving to abolish capitalism (taxation without representation; income ‘redistribution’).
I’ve listed them in that order because I recognize without the means with which to defend ourselves, the government will ramrod any abolishment is wishes, all in the name of ‘correctness’. By removing the honest survey of history from the public debate, there are legions living in this country that do not know a disarmed society is how fascism begins, and fascism leads, ultimately, to tyranny.
So to all you bloggers, talk radio hosts and staff, independent publishers, website administrators and contributors, preachers, businesses with the wherewithal to sponsor, and folk like you that realize there is true evil emerging from the shadows; thank you. Thank you for what you do, who you are, what you represent, and that you’re doing on my behalf. Congress is gunning for you – for all true Americans – and because of you, we see them coming with time to prepare. There is nothing we can ever do to repay this debt except to stand with you; to push Congress and judges back from the bastions of tyranny; work and fight until this country is once again the America we love; stand the watch; stay the course.
Until then, we are at war.
